Some new agents are different, they do the below:

  1. Facebook FB advertisement with following of few thousands.
  2. YouTuber with “I’m the Guru!” And Renovation King.
  3. Recruiting like MLM scheme, you know who la…
  4. Developer Sales which is now a necessity and not an option or specialty.

YET, they are all the same – no barrier to entry. Everyone can do similar advertisement or FB overnight. You stand no niche position in the sea of agents – and they are all the same!

The dilemma is follow the masses? Or do something entirely different from others? Both are uncertain!
I chose the latter.

  4. You are supported by a future opportunity to refine your selection and local data which will distinguish yourself from others.
